Viani Shipping Policy

At Viani, we are committed to delivering your premium footwear safely and efficiently. Please read our policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation message followed by a dispatch notification once your order is with the courier.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions or courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number and Courier Name via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use these details to track your parcel.

4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and phone numbers. Viani is not responsible for returns caused by incomplete or incorrect details.

5. Missed Deliveries

Couriers usually attempt delivery 2 times. If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to us.

6. Courier Delays

We hand over parcels to reputable courier companies. However, delays caused by courier partners or road conditions are beyond our control.

7. Payment Security

Viani is NOT responsible for payments made directly to riders or unauthorized individuals. We are only responsible for payments made through our official website or verified WhatsApp channels.

8. International Shipping

Shipping will be calculated according to your country and confirmed with you via Whatsapp. If you confirm then we will send the delivery to your location.
